A mostly cloudy day with breaks in the clouds in the afternoon. Also about last night's severe weather, there was a Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued for Evansville very early this morning with quarter size hail and damaging winds. Temperatures dramatically dropped throughout the day with temperatures near midnight close to 70 degrees dropping all the way down to the upper 30s in the afternoon hours.

A cloudy day with some thundershowers in the afternoon. Temperatures today made into the low 60s. There is a good chance of some severe weather tonight into Monday morning with the possibility of strong winds, large hail, and our greatest threat: tornadoes. There is no severe watches or warnings yet, but I do think later in the night there will at least a watch of some sort issued for Evansville. Temperatures tonight are not suspected to drop with a low near 60 which creates lots of instilbility in the atmosphere thus, leading to severe weather.

A quiet, cloudy day today with temperatures reaching the mid 40s. A chance for some severe weather tomorrow night and into Monday with the possibility of some tornadic activity. Details of the arrival of the system is still uncertain, but there is a pretty good chance of some severe weather.

An overall gloomy, cloudy day with temperatures reaching to about 40. The severe weather last night held to our south with only thundershowers in the Evansville Metro area. But there was about 2-3" inches of rain (which was right on original forecast) which prompted the national weather service to issue a Flash Flood Warning, which has since expired.

A rainy, gloomy day today with temperatures currently in the upper 40s (the high temperature today will be when the warm front passes through). Also a chance for some strong storms to develop later tonight into early tomorrow morning with best possibility of severe down to the south of Evansville but there is a chance of some strong storms (possibly severe) in the Evansville area. I think the main threat to Evansville is the heavy rain which made lead to some flash flooding. I would not be surprised if a flash flood watch or warning is issued for Evansville (as I said in yesterday's post).

Temperatures today reached to about 50 across the area. Also it was a cloudy day among the area with the exception of the morning with bright skies. A Flash Flood Watch has also been issued south of the area but I would not be surprised if the national weather service extended that to areas' north of the Ohio River with the possibility of having 2-3" of rain from early Thursday morning to early Friday morning with the heaviest south and east of the Ohio River.

Temperatures today made into the upper 30s close to 40 which is cold compared to the last couple days but a only 5 or so degrees below average. Also there was bright, beautiful skies in the morning but clouds began to infiltrate the area around 11 o'clock or so making it a gloomy day post noon.

A rainy day with high temperatures in the mid 60s (In the morning before the cold front came through). In the afternoon the temperatures were slowly dropping as time progressed. Also some moderate wind affected the area (and still is) with gusts in the afternoon between 25 and 35 (isolated higher).

Considerable cloudiness in the morning gave way to beautiful skies after 2 P.M or so. Some mild wind also effected the area. Temperatures want all the way up to between a mild 65 and 70.

A mild, windy day across the area. So, windy the National Weather Service in Paducah issued a Wind advisory. Today also was a mostly cloudy day with some peeks of sun in the morning. Temperatures reached the mid 60s, which was lower than expected (I predicted a 73 degree high). With more clouds than expected, the temperatures could not reach the forecast.

A very warm, partly cloudy day with temperatures reaching the low 70s for February! Also there was a strong southern wind gusting to 30 MPH at times which warmed the temperature up higher than expected, and another factor to this warm day is more clearing than I expected. I originally expected a partly cloudy day with temperatures in the mid 60s! I think tomorrow will be slightly warmer: I think the high will be 73 tomorrow with more sun than clouds.
